Horn Hoarders Game Camera Contest

 


Time to kick off the Horn Hoarders Game Camera Contest! This contest is free to enter and open to everyone in Texas. However, the winners of the game camera contest MUST be present at our awards banquet Sat. Jan. 31st to receive their prizes.

Last year's entries and winners

Pictures must be received by Jan. 1st. Send your funny or unique game camera pictures to marcuspottsfeedstore@gmail.com with your name and a title or caption for the picture if you wish to add one, and the county taken in. These must be your OWN photos (no internet photos) and you may submit up to 3 photos. Photos can be from previous years as long as they weren't entered in last years photo contest. The pictures will be posted at www.pottsfeedstore.com (under the Hunting - Horn Hoaders tab at the top) as we receive them. There will be online voting from Jan. 2nd - Jan 15th to determine the top 3 pictures. The winners will receive a free meal at our Horn Hoarders awards banquet on Sat. Jan. 31st and also:

1st Place: Moultrie 150 Panoramic Camera
2nd Place: Moultrie A-8 Game Camera
3rd Place: 12 Volt Feeder Battery

Soybeans -

Soybean futures rallied from their intraday lows, but still closed mostly 4 or 5 cents lower on the day.  January soybeans lost more than

Corn -

Corn futures ended the session fractionally lower, but the March contract poked out a 3 cent gain for the week.  The USDA 10 year baseline

Wheat -

Wheat futures were sharply lower on the day, but all three major classes posted solid gains on the week.  In the front month, CBT wheat

Ag Market Commentary -

Cattle futures were sharply higher on the day, with most contracts settling with triple digit gains mostly between $1.45 and $2.57. 

Lean Hogs -

Hog futures settled mixed, the front month February contract peeking back into the green for a gain of 2 1/2 cents for the day, and ending the week
